The University of Toledo College of Law serves as one of eight sites for the statewide Law and Leadership Institute. The Law and Leadership Institute is a pipeline program designed to increase diversity in law school and in the legal profession.  The program seeks underserved students who attend schools in Ohio's six major cities. The students enroll as rising ninth graders and continue in the program until they graduate from high school. The students attend a summer program and an academic year program.
